A Women’s Recovery Gathering
A gentle experience of healing, connection, and self-discovery for women in recovery.
Recovery is about more than what we leave behind. It is about discovering who we are becoming, building trust in ourselves, and creating a life filled with meaning, connection, and joy.
This is a welcoming gathering designed for women in recovery who are looking for a supportive space to slow down, reflect, and connect—with themselves, with nature, and with other women who understand the journey of recovery.
Whether you are newly embracing recovery or have been walking this path for years, you are welcome here.
What to Expect
Throughout our time together, you’ll be guided through experiences that encourage reflection, connection, and restoration, including:

- Breath and mindfulness practices to support your recovery
- A light nourishing community brunch
- A guided nature walk with quiet reflection and optional journaling
- Restorative yoga and immersive sound healing
- A closing circle to integrate the day’s experience
This gathering is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and remember that you do not have to walk this journey alone.

FAQ
Who is this experience for?
Coming Home is designed for women in recovery from substance use and other addictions who are looking for a supportive space to slow down, connect with themselves, and build community with other women on a similar journey.
Whether you’re newly embracing recovery or have years of sobriety, you are welcome.
Do I need yoga experience?
Not at all.
This experience is designed with beginners in mind. Gentle movement is offered with plenty of options, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body and participate in a way that feels supportive to you.
There is no expectation to be flexible or to have practiced yoga before.
Is this a therapy group?
No. Coming Home is not therapy or clinical treatment.
It is a wellness experience that incorporates mindfulness, gentle movement, nature, reflection, and community to complement your recovery journey. While meaningful conversations often arise, this gathering is educational and experiential rather than therapeutic.
Will I have to share my story?
No.
Sharing is always an invitation, never an expectation.
You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels comfortable, whether that means speaking during a sharing circle or simply listening.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing:
- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- Walking shoes suitable for easy trails
- A refillable water bottle
- Layers for changing weather
- An open mind and a willingness to care for yourself
